Pop the hood. Most issues fix in a minute.

This is almost always a system-level permission issue. To fix it:

  1. Open your phone's Settings → Apps → LuckyStep → Permissions.
  2. Make sure Physical Activity is set to Allow.
  3. In Battery → Background activity, make sure LuckyStep is not restricted.
  4. Open the LuckyStep app and tap Settings → Step Sync → Recalibrate.

98% of cards land in your inbox within an hour. If yours hasn't arrived after 24 hours:

  1. Check your spam / promotions folder. Gift card emails often get filtered.
  2. Verify the delivery email in the App → Wallet → Order history is the one you actually use.
  3. Email us with your order ID (visible in the App). We'll resend or refund the coins.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen — we'll email a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then email hello@luckystep.org from the address on your account so we can verify your identity.

In the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. After a 30-day grace period (in case you change your mind), all personal data is permanently erased.

Prefer to do it by email? Send a deletion request from your registered address to privacy@luckystep.org. Per our Privacy Policy, we delete within 30 days.

Act fast: change your password from the App and email security@luckystep.org immediately. We will freeze the account, audit recent activity, and where appropriate restore any coins lost to unauthorized redemption.

Yes. Email appeals@luckystep.org from your account address with a clear explanation. Each appeal is reviewed by a real person within 5 business days. We share the specific signals that triggered the ban whenever it's safe to do so.
